What is the minimum age to attend Holoverse?

The technology at Holoverse is for ages 6 and up. Young children may find the experience full-on at times, and so parents or guardians may enter the room at no extra cost.

How much does it cost to visit Holoverse?

The cost of visiting Holoverse will depend on how many sessions or games you play. For a full list of pricing and package deals, visit our Session Prices & Bookings page. We also offer special packages for Birthday Parties, Corporate Bookings and School Excursions.

How long will I spend at Holoverse?

This will depend on how many sessions or games you book. Hologram Room sessions last around 30 minutes. You’re able to request a short break in between sessions if you would like.

Do I have to book, or can I just turn up?

Most of the time you’ll be able to just turn up and book on the spot. We recommend booking if you are planning to attend on a weekend. If you are wanting to attend over the School Holidays, bookings are required. Please call 07 5661 3010 to make a booking.

Is Holoverse Wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entirety of Holoverse is accessible by wheelchair.

How many people go into a Hologram room?

Hologram Rooms are designed for one user at a time. This is because the technology focuses on the user that is wearing the glasses and belt. While you can have more than one user inside a room, only one person at a time will be able to see the Holograms. Anyone else will just see a blurry screen, sort of like watching a 3D TV without 3D glasses.

Can Parents accompany their children into a room?

Yes! In the event that your child requires you to be in the room for support, you’re more than welcome to join them at no extra cost.

When are the Dinosaurs coming?

They’re coming, we promise! We’re hoping to have our Dinosaur experience in our Hologram Rooms by June 2019.
